Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.

Address inquiries regarding healthcare appointments, transportation schedules, and related services.

Guide customers through the process of accessing healthcare resources and transportation options.

Investigate and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Assist customers in scheduling and coordinating transportation services for medical appointments or other healthcare-related needs.

Collaborate with transportation providers and care partners to ensure timely and reliable services.

All other duties as assigned.

Contact Center ExperienceEnglish ProficiencyTyping Speed 25 WPM

Required

1-3 years experience in Contact Center environment

Ability to read, speak, and hear English

Exceptional attendance is a requirement in order to fulfill role expectations

High speed internet access
