Responsibilities

Professionally and courteously answer customer calls.
Follow trained Customer Service processes to meet client expectations, including cross-selling, save-the-sale offers, and additional services.
Handle all calls with honesty and integrity.
Accurately perform tasks and maintain detailed records in client CRM and ticketing systems.
Gain a thorough understanding of client products and services.
Attend mandatory training sessions as required.
Ensure adherence to your scheduled hours and notify management promptly in cases of absence or tardiness.
Perform other duties as assigned by Customer Service Management.

Required

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Strong ability to read and follow scripts and other printed materials.
Excellent data entry and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling customer objections or rejection.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to type and talk simultaneously with ease.
A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team atmosphere.
Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
High school or equivalent (Required)
