Responsibilities
You're committed to serving as the Customer Service Representative responding to customer inquiries regarding processes and procedures in navigating through an online system.
You're excited to serve as the point of contact for potential customers seeking information (cost, time frames, availability) on ordering certified and uncertified documents.
You're motivated to apply general policies and guidelines to a variety of individual customer circumstances to determine specific course of action.

You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position.
Specialized experience for this position includes: 1. Experience communicating with a diverse audience; and 2. Experience applying policies and regulations; and 3. Experience with automated tracking systems.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
