Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from insurance agents and/or policyholders providing excellent customer service.
Assist agents in navigating company sites, walking them through uploading document processes, providing time frames and answering billing questions.
Assist policyholders with billing inquiries, payment queries, FNOL and general questions.

Previous background in homeowners' insurance
Previous background in an inbound call center customer service role
