Responsibilities
Be responsible for delivering direct customer support for the InsurePay customer base, via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service to meet client needs
Foster strong, credible relationships with our customers by addressing their issues promptly and driving exceptional client satisfaction
Act as the “voice of the customer” providing feedback to our internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
Continually improve your knowledge of the InsurePay platform offerings and the customer’s business/industry/needs to ensure that you are delivering the best possible customer service
Manage customer inquiries and issues with timely resolution, escalate issues when necessary and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customers experience and address recurring issues
Identify and resolve customer issues by researching, analyzing and implementing the most effective and efficient solution
Manually retrieve and process payroll data as outlined in InsurePay Connect
Monitor and follow up on registrations for InsurePay Connect Customers

Required
Approximately two years of customer service experience
Ability to deliver direct customer support via phone and email
Ability to foster strong, credible relationships with customers
Ability to act as the 'voice of the customer' providing feedback to internal teams
Ability to continually improve knowledge of the InsurePay platform offerings
Ability to manage customer inquiries and issues with timely resolution
Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments
Ability to identify and resolve customer issues by researching and analyzing
Ability to manually retrieve and process payroll data
Ability to monitor and follow up on registrations for InsurePay Connect Customers
Proactive, positive, self-starter, and team player
Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally and to external customers
Ability to digest complex data and communicate it clearly
Excellent organization, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
Track record of success in thinking strategically and executing tactically
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years’ experience providing direct customer support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-first mindset
Experience with Microsoft tools, Salesforce, Jira and similar platforms
Basic understanding of XML, CSV and TXT file formats
Experience working with payroll data is a plus
