Required
Personal experience with tinnitus
Fluent in English and based in USA
Background in marketing or sales, with strong communication skills
Experience in customer success or account management
Ability to work independently and be a quick learner
Goal-oriented, with a results-driven mindset
Preferred
Experience with online video creation
