Responsibilities

Provide timely responses to client inquiries through various communication channels, offering information about destinations, travel packages, and services
Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored travel recommendations and solutions
Assist with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours
Design personalized itineraries that align with clients’ travel goals, budget, and interests
Collaborate with travel vendors to confirm bookings, process changes, or handle cancellations
Ensure clients have all necessary documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance
Manage payment processing, ticket issuance, and document compliance
Resolve any problems clients face during their travel, including delays or cancellations
Liaise with suppliers to rectify issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and services
Continuously research and recommend new products to clients for an improved experience
Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel plans
Prepare and distribute travel documents efficiently
