Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Answer and respond to incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service and accurate information.
Client Onboarding : Manage new client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and timely distribution to relevant departments.
Outbound Sales : Coordinate and actively participate in outside sales efforts to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or a related field, with a background in Cruise, Airfare, or Host Agencies being highly desirable.
