Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for VIP customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Manage upselling opportunities and the customer lifecycle within your product group, including: Additional providers. Additional locations. Renewal of contracts. Misc opportunities for cross-selling and expanding product utilization.
Mitigate account risks and minimize churn.
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with key accounts, providing actionable insights and metrics.
Ownership of all customer inquiries and tickets, working with the appropriate department as applicable to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Required
US based ONLY.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional client communication skills.
Experience in a multi-channel customer service call environment.
Experience in dealing with clients in difficult situations and maintaining excellent service under pressure.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred
1-3 years in Customer Success or Account Management
Experience with a CRM (preferably HubSpot).
Experience working in the healthcare industry.
