Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with contractors and vendors involved in Ex-US regional recruitment.
Provide support in the execution of recruitment strategies and track success metrics to ensure targets are met.
Communicate regularly with vendors to address any issues, provide updates, and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
Execute recruitment strategies for the US region, including sourcing, onboarding, and engaging new physicians.
Develop and maintain relationships with US-based physicians through the early stages of onboarding to ensure a robust and active panel.
Work closely with internal teams to align US recruitment efforts with overall company objectives.
Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mautic, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding guidelines.
Manage email lists and segmentation strategies to target specific audiences, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze the success metrics of contractors/vendors and their recruitment initiatives.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Identify trends and insights from recruitment data to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the team to refine recruitment strategies and processes for both Ex-US and US regions.
Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Required

Proven experience in vendor management, recruitment, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and/or other relevant software.

Preferred

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with Ex-US recruitment practices is a plus.
