Responsibilities

Delivers exceptional customer service in every support interaction, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
Executes on customer dispute resolution and mitigation strategies with a focus on anticipating obstacles before they arise and retaining customers.
Acts as a Tawkify brand ambassador, both internally and externally.
Day-to-day functional execution of the Commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Self-directed accountability to achieve assigned goals.
Other duties as assigned and as needed to achieve company and department goals.

Required

Schedule flexibility is required in this role; the scheduled call hours of operation for our Commercial teams cover a large portion of the day and we are open 7 days a week, so flexibility is key to providing adequate support to our customers.
Experience in high-touch service and operations, preferably in the luxury space.
Experience in customer-facing roles with deep expertise in delivering exceptional client experiences while juggling competing priorities.
A track record of success in achieving targets and metrics consistently.
Detail-oriented and not one to leave good enough alone; pursues customer satisfaction with vigor and enthusiasm.
Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills; the ability to present confidently over the phone and through email/text.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness to assigned tasks.
Resiliency to handle challenges and objections, and continue on with a positive attitude with customers and employees.
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
Technology knowledge for use of platforms, including Google app suite and Salesforce.
Strong computer skills, including Mac and Google operating systems.
As this position is fully remote, a reliable high speed Internet connection is required.
