Responsibilities
Train clients on utilizing our software effectively
Conduct online seminars showcasing various features
Develop personalized onboarding plans and training materials for new clients
Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with clients
Customize client accounts within our scheduling software to meet their unique needs
Collaborate with our Customer Support team periodically to handle incoming calls and email inquiries via Zendesk, with occasional weekend shifts
Communicate effectively through various channels: phone, email, in-person, and even telepathically if you're equipped!
Possess a tech-oriented mindset, able to converse fluently in tech terminology to liaise effectively with the product team
Set and manage clear expectations with clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
Address any escalated issues calmly and effectively, leveraging them as opportunities to reinforce relationships
Lead and oversee projects with the support team, conducting thorough reviews upon completion

Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or similar project management roles
Passion for the healthcare industry
Strong technological aptitude
Prior experience with project management
