Responsibilities
You’ll own the role of a product expert as the technical advisor on large customer accounts. You will partner with the Account Managers to ensure a customer is effectively using the platform and successfully onboarded according to their business objectives. You’ll also provide guidance and support to customers struggling to implement additional components of the product prior to go-live.
You’ll improve technical documentation [videos, articles, guides] and our product strategy/process with your insights from our customers’ experience, our time to value ratio through clean execution, and customer satisfaction by genuinely investing in the success of our customers.
You’ll learn the ins and outs of the identity security landscape, an industry that is still in the early days of its growth.
You’ll teach internal teams and other customers on best business practices to implement identity security solutions from your experience in the field.
An ideal team member in this role would:
Successfully onboard large sized customers with a technical product, ideally involving many system integrations. This will also require program management expertise to ensure repeatable success across multiple simultaneous onboardings.
Be excited to own the full customer lifecycle, proactively identify potential risks/red flags, and coordinate with your Account Manager to deliver on customer needs.
Understand the SaaS industry expectations in deploying new software.

Required
5-8 years in IAM, IT, Security, Consulting SaaS related businesses
Open to working the East Coast hours
Prior background in SaaS solutions: Enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Pegasystems.
Prior background in containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and Red Hat OpenShift.
Prior background in Infrastructure as code (IaC): Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure) and IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Microsoft Bicep.
Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with related tools like Helm or Istio is a plus.
Experience with API Management and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath.
