Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Partner with the sales team during the pre sales phase to provide technical insights, demo solutions, and assess fit for the customer's needs.
Implementation: Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions.
Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers, helping resolve complex issues related to HL7, FHIR, and other data exchange protocols.
Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers, enabling them to effectively use our products and optimize their workflows.
Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Product Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the development teams to help shape future product enhancements.

Required
5+ years of experience working in healthcare IT, customer success, or a related role.
Experience working with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs to integrate and automate workflows
Experience with Project Management
Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and CDA.
Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value.
Preferred
Experience with Mirth (or other integration engines) is a plus.
