Customer Success Manager, Revenue Cycle

Responsibilities
Support new customers through the onboarding process to ensure they begin processing production claims and eligibility checks as quickly as possible.
Support a growing list of existing customers via dedicated Slack channels.
Triage requests from customers who need help utilizing the products or understanding payer responses to claims, remittances, and eligibility checks.
Contribute to external documentation and internal runbooks to build up a knowledge base of frequently asked questions for self-service customer adoption.
Identify product gaps and relay those as well-documented issues to the product and engineering teams for review and implementation.
Utilize data to improve proactive anticipation of customer needs, track overall customer health, and improve retention.
Capitalize on RCM expertise to uplevel peers across sales, solutions engineering, and customer success.

Required
Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle management
4+ years of experience working in RCM roles within digital health, or supporting this customer base at a revenue cycle company
Exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously
Hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough
Deep customer empathy
Experience in customer facing roles such as customer success, account management, program management, or product management
Resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, and proactive
Ability to match the organization's pace and respond with urgency
Experience in supporting new customers through onboarding processes
Experience in supporting existing customers via dedicated channels
Ability to triage customer requests and provide support

Utilization of data to improve customer service and retention
Ability to identify and relay product gaps to product and engineering teams
