Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for small customers.
Consult with Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Care to facilitate answers to customer questions.
Proactively check-in with customers to discuss payment adoption and identify reasons for under or overachievement.
Complete Salesforce entries to document reasons for under or overachievement on payment adoption.
Identify trends related to low adoption and communicate them to management.
Assist customers with challenges contributing to underachievement of payment adoption by reviewing payment reporting, trends, and support cases.
Engage internal teams to address technical or process issues and recommend best practices to improve payment success rate.
Shadow Customer Onboarding projects and other Customer Success functions to learn the full customer experience.
Gather and prioritize customer feedback, looking for trends and anomalies.
Direct customers to self-service resources like the AvidXchange Community.
Report inaccurate or missing information to appropriate teams to enhance self-service resources.
Perform other duties as described.

Required

2+ years of experience in a Customer Engagement related field
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and ability to multi-task, serve needs of multiple customers
Attention to detail, curious, and problem-solving mindset
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years prior relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Relationship skills desired to drive visibility and change
Proficient in collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information from a variety of channels
Basic understanding of the AvidXchange products
Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
Detail oriented, analytical and curious
Team player
Customer Relationship Experience

Preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce and SharePoint a plus, but not required
While experience is not required, candidate should have a strong interest in data collection and analysis
