Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships at all levels from school champ to teachers to referrals.
Drive utilization at school level with innovative thinking and strategic planning.
Increase account buy-in and ownership by sharing data and positive program development to stakeholders.
Drive renewal and expansion KPIs on accounts.
Lead strong implementation of programs.
Coordinate ongoing training and webinars for stakeholders.
Collaborate with partners to identify solutions for disengaged students and self-harm incidents.
Bonuses on renewals and expansions.

Required
Must be located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in education and/or mental health
Experience in account management and/or account service.
Passionate about a mission-driven solution to support student mental health and have experience delivering great experiences to customers.
Experienced in schools preferred, specifically supporting students that are marginalized and in implementing and overseeing programs.
Experienced in seeing the big picture, understanding key performance indicators, and building the structure required to deliver them. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and push to deliver great (not just good) work.
You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You’re willing to dig in and work on projects to help scale processes and account growth.
You’re honest, direct, and a clear communicator. You are a good team member who is motivated, hard-working, and able to give and receive feedback.
Must have a passion for supporting young people and have a servant-leader mindset.
You are organized and efficient and strive to continuously improve your workflow and processes.
Dedicated to brand fidelity, carrying out systems and processes according to EmpowerU core values to drive account success through implementation.
