Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and drive product improvements
Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and proactively prevent churn
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to demonstrate value and drive adoption

Required
3-5 years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in the PropTech, real estate, or SaaS/tech industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer success tools
