Responsibilities

Serve as a central point of contact for project updates, delivering client documentation and aligning stakeholders on project timelines, risks, and results.
Collaborate with teams across Sales, Creative, & Technology, to understand client needs, gather requirements, and drive alignment on project objectives.
Coordinate resources, establish deadlines, and assign responsibilities across multiple active client projects.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain records related to client career documentation according to company guidelines.
Collate metrics related to process optimizations and report them to the stakeholders, team leaders, and senior management.

Required

Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
Demonstrated organizational skills in a fully remote work setting or asynchronous team structures.
Ability to track project details and position them within the scope of each project.
Ability to manage meetings and communicate progress to senior management.
Ability to collect details from multiple inputs and highlight dependencies.
Access to a computer with reliable internet access and the following software:
Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, for crafting materials.
Dropbox, Zoom, and Wrike for team collaboration.
A detail-oriented and self-motivated work ethic with a sense of professionalism and discretion, demonstrating accountability, integrity, judgment, and respect for confidentiality.
Ability to be an Independent Contractor with availability up to 30 hours per week.
Excellent professional-level written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated high proficiency in the English language.

Preferred

Proficiency in Wrike project management system is a plus
