Responsibilities
Guiding clients through onboarding
Facilitating ongoing adoption
Prioritizing feature requests
Optimizing solution usage
Driving expansions
Maintaining client engagement
Conducting structured QBRs and other business cadences to manage relationships with key stakeholders
Generating periodic reports showcasing key findings, delivered value, and improvements for clients
Acting as a bridge between Sales, Product Management, Tech Support, and R&D teams
Fostering a customer-centric team environment
Ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and success.

Required
3+ years experience working as a Customer Success Manager (or similar customer facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Management) within the cyber security domain with large customers.
Knowledge of Application Security ecosystem, or similar cyber security product knowledge (must).
Exceptional client management and communications skills.
Self-learner and ability to explore new challenges.
A team player & excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience writing documentation relevant to product deployment, deployment configuration, operational guides, CS playbooks, process workflows and technical matters.
Ability to travel to customer locations as needed (estimated 20%).
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred
Experience building CS playbooks, processes/automations.
Experience and familiarity with Kubernetes.
Experience in working with Linux based environments.
Experience working on a start-up environment.
