Responsibilities

Onboarding & Training : Guide new practices through the onboarding process, including setup, implementation, and training on our EMR platform. Conduct tailored training sessions for users of all ages to understand and utilize our software effectively.
Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, and provide timely solutions to their challenges.
Relationship Management : Develop strong, supportive relationships with doctors and staff, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
Product Advocacy : Act as a product expert and advocate, educating customers on features and updates that enhance their workflow. Act as a liaison between clients and our product and engineering teams, furthering our mission to offer a dramatically better system than existing solutions. Champion the role of our AI-driven EMR in reducing administrative burdens and improving practice efficiency.
Feedback Collection : Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help refine and improve our EMR solution.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others.
Ability to learn and explain technical concepts effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer issues.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and support tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare technology, EMR systems, or medical practices is a plus (but not required).
