Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships via phone, video, and email
Identify and connect with key customer stakeholders at each assigned location
Resolve problems in a timely manner and analyze information skillfully
Mitigate customer issues with high satisfaction and escalate when necessary
Prioritize and manage multiple open issues while collaborating with cross-departmental resources
Consider financial, operational, and customer experience impact of decisions
Maintain understanding of company products and technology platforms to better support customers
Drive proactive calling and outreach campaigns to reinforce customer experience and value
Identify and execute upsell opportunities to increase product penetration
Provide system training, maintain data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues
Work within various video management systems and provide prompt follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Required

Must be located in Dallas, TX
Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Proficient in software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
Knowledge of customer service practices

Preferred

3-5 years of experience in client facing account management, customer service, or direct sales experience in an entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred
Experience supervising others strongly preferred
