Responsibilities

Ensure the on-time issuing and payment of annual recurring payments
Serve as the primary contact for customers post-install and build executive relationships
Focus on driving additional revenue via selling add-on products, replacement equipment, creative services, and extended warranties
Collaborate with Support team to resolve customer issues
Collaborate closely with Sales team to support customer renewals and expansion opportunities
Continually seek out opportunities to enhance customer relationships
Become an expert on product and service offerings to provide guidance on usage
Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers and issuing surveys
Advocate for the client and facilitate requests to Development and Product teams
Design and implement Customer Success Plans; identifying stakeholders, goals, and milestones
Review and track ongoing metrics including customer health and retention
Attend local/regional industry-related networking and association events
Travel to customers for in-person Customer Success visits

Required

2 to 5 years of Customer Success or account management experience
College degree
Residing in Orlando, Atlanta, or Baltimore area
Ability to easily get to an airport
Executive presence and communication abilities (written, verbal, and presentation)
Love for building client relationships
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outstanding time management skills

Preferred

Experience working in hospitality customer services or a similar industry
Basic IT network and network hardware knowledge
