Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding new SMB customers by helping them navigate initial product setups and providing product training resources.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify key adoption metrics and support initiatives aimed at increasing product usage.
Monitor customer engagement and proactively reach out to customers who may need additional support or resources to adopt and use the product effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for day-to-day inquiries.
Assist with customer check-ins, ensuring they are satisfied with their experience and addressing any obstacles they may face during the adoption process.
Develop and update educational content such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs to assist SMB customers in using the product more effectively.
Host or assist in virtual webinars, training sessions, or one-on-one product demos for SMB customers.
Track and analyze customer engagement data, usage patterns, and feedback to help identify opportunities for product adoption improvements.
Assist in preparing adoption reports and presenting insights to the Customer Success team for decision-making.
Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align on customer feedback, feature requests, and adoption strategies.
Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to share with internal teams for product or service improvements.
Help identify at-risk customers and collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to develop strategies to improve engagement and reduce churn.
Support the execution of campaigns aimed at increasing overall customer retention and satisfaction.

Required
Currently enrolled at a college or University, pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in customer success, product adoption, and SMB businesses.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
Basic understanding of Gainsight or willingness to learn
Preferred
Familiarity with customer success or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power Bi or any other tools
