Responsibilities

Build a deep knowledge of Datos’ service offerings

Onboard new clients and ensure they are set up for success with a calendar of regular engagement

Drive usage and engagement with subscription clients, including advisory usage, research consumption, attendance at events, and expanding the user base

Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, etc) to ensure a seamless client experience

Monitor key client usage metrics and report on progress toward goals

Troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex problems

Identify renewal risk as well as opportunities for upselling and account expansion

Use Salesforce CRM to record client data and notes
