Responsibilities
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Providing customer support
Effective communication
Delivering a positive customer experience
Onboarding new clients
Receiving, interpreting, and entering the client's logs into the application
Working with various software systems such as Dropbox, Basecamp, Monday, Zoom
Collaborating with the Customer Success team
Participating in rotating on-call schedule which includes weekends

Required
Clinical laboratory experience
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication and Customer Experience skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
5+ years as an MLT, MT, CLS, MLS in a Clinical Laboratory.
Experience in all areas of the lab and previously held a supervisor, coordinator, lead, or manager position.
Familiar with accreditation agencies checklist requirements (CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, COLA, etc.)
