Responsibilities
Provide high level of service to customer using B2B portal
Manage quotes, process orders, provide order tracking
Resolve customer concerns
Provide advanced technical assistance
Assist customers and sales representatives via email, chats and calls
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bilingual (Spanish/English), both written and verbal
Must be in the Central or Eastern Time zone
Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
Extensive experience in connecting with and delivering value to customers
Ability to leverage customer success expertise and consultative approach to drive results
Demonstrated ability and affinity for work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Internet and web applications
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Organization skills, Detail oriented
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
Ability to work independently
Creative problem solving
Empathy towards customers
