Responsibilities
Ability to answer calls, chat communications, take phone orders and provide customer service to customers.
Engage with our customers and help promote sales through creative and timely communications.
Proactively and cost effectively resolve customer issues, and communicate customer special requests to our warehouse, engraving and shipping departments.
Manage and maintain customer accounts.
Measure and report performance of products.
Provide and execute new ideas for expanding customer reach and sales conversion.
Optimize user experience and create a positive customer journey on our commerce site.
Assist in custom product production and personalization of our products.
Daily order processing and shipping.
Qualification

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience in sales.
Strong customer satisfaction and customer support skills
Must have high attention to detail, prioritize and organize effectively.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with high-end clientele in a clear and straightforward manner.
Ability to work well in a team
Preferred
Experience with ecommerce sales and industry.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
