Responsibilities
Answering and routing customer calls is the number one priority.
Follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Report any customer issues or concerns.
Other general clerical duties as needed.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, customers and staff.

Required
2+ years of Office Admin experience, preferably in a field service industry
Minimum of 1-year sales experience
Pool industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Windows 10
