Responsibilities
Assist and guide customers to the right answers
Solve concerns
Help customers understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
Follow a written workflow
Be available on weekdays and weekends
Adjust for feedback and help the team
Take shifts whenever the project is in need of people

Required
Customer service oriented mods
Ability to follow a written workflow
Available weekdays and weekends
Has a friendly tone (a must!)
Willingness to adjust for feedback and help the team
Somebody who needs to take shifts whenever the project is in need of people
Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
Quality headset
Quiet workspace to take calls
Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS
