Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing the My Hot Lunchbox business and services inside and out so that you can assist customers and answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Escalating issues as necessary and working with Account Managers to support customers.
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

Required
Associate degree or equivalent.
2+ years of call center experience or equivalent.
2+ years of experience with ticketing systems, ideally Freshdesk.
Excellent customer service, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills, and be able to communicate with others effectively.
Experience with demanding customers and strong conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred
Basic/intermediate knowledge of account management, client relations or a similar background.
