Responsibilities
Respond to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders.
Collaborate with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-related products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-ups.
Assist customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.
Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat softwares to document interactions and provide support appropriately.
Work to meet global and regional sales revenue goals and associated KPIs.
Provide world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Perform other job-related duties that may arise, as requested by customers and/or management.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology, etc. required.
One year of Sales experience or Customer Service experience.
1 year of exposure chromatography and/or sample preparation.
A strong desire to cooperate in a teamwork environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.
Ability to quickly master new software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
