Responsibilities

Testing Windows Workstation images and applications

Imaging Windows Workstations and Laptop Workstation and Laptop setup/unboxing/boxing/asset tagging/preparing for shipping

Accurately documenting and classifying client requests and incidents

Provide "on-site" support, as needed or required

Responsible for troubleshooting of supported services

Perform daily shift driven tasks assigned by the Manager
