Responsibilities

Track down end users, provide remediation steps for unmanaged applications, and ensure vulnerabilities are resolved.

Push out bug fixes and patches to resolve issues and improve security posture.

Strong ability to identify and resolve cybersecurity vulnerabilities on laptops and desktops.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research vulnerabilities and propose effective remediation steps.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with end users and guide them through remediation processes.

Self-driven with a proactive approach to managing tasks and ensuring completion.

Required

Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or IT support

Experience with Rapid7

Experience with patch management systems and processes

Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation using tools like Rapid7, BigFix, and CrowdStrike

Strong ability to identify and resolve cybersecurity vulnerabilities on laptops and desktops

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research vulnerabilities and propose effective remediation steps
