Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and administer Insider Threat trigger policies for a federal agency in the Washington, D.C. area.
Collaborate with Insider Threat analysts and stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of threat detection capabilities.
Conduct efficiency assessments, support ongoing investigations, and streamline alert trigger policies.

Required

At least 3+ years of experience in endpoint policy development for classified and unclassified networks
Expertise in Forcepoint UAM
Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP)
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
U.S. citizenship
Strong scripting skills to create effective trigger policies
Ability to translate written requirements into configurations for deployment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the impact of trigger policies on enterprise infrastructure and services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Experience in deployment, configuration, support, and maintenance of classified and unclassified endpoints and operating systems
Experience in developing Insider Threat trigger policies
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and team members
Experience in trend analysis to identify areas of improvement in trigger policies
Experience in developing and testing new trigger policies within tight timelines
Experience in supporting ongoing investigations related to Insider Threats
Experience in working with USG personnel and stakeholders from multi-disciplinary offices
Completion of Forcepoint policy writing training
Additional relevant certifications
