Responsibilities

Get quality and secure solutions in the customers hands as soon as possible.

Demonstrates the Sabel Values through own behaviors; sets clear priorities and aligns all activities; sets/achieves high personal standards for performance/conduct

Aid in developing and maintaining supporting documentation for the Assessment and Authorization process.

Provide practical guidance of technically diverse environments and oversight on vulnerability assessments

Perform general technical decomposition, analysis, and impact assessments with a focus on security

Conduct operational and system data flow analysis and documentation for vulnerability assessments

Apply cybersecurity analytical methods and processes

Assist in the development of secure cloud environments to meet the needs of diverse clients

Assist in implementation and adherence of DoD, DAF, and US Navy cyber policies

Plan and carry out an organization's information security strategy.

Develop a set of security standards and best practices for the organization and recommend security enhancements to management as needed.

Constantly monitor their organization's networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions.

Install software that helps to notify them of intrusions and watch out for irregular system behavior.

Keep current with emerging threats and technologies

Communicates effectively in all directions; creates team structure and process; encourages innovation

Required

US Citizen

Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls, and content filtering

Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods

Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures

Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies, and methods

Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards and procedures

Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications

Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and management

Ability to read and use the results of mobile code, malicious code, and anti-virus software

Ability to Coordinate Assess and Authorize (A&A), Configuration Management (CM), and Release Management requirements for the client's systems in accordance with RMF
