Responsibilities

Work with Third Party Provider to integrate a service used to perform cybersecurity risk assessments for IT projects and IT vendors.

Review templates from Third Party Provider to ensure applicability and scope.

Update cybersecurity controls and standard measures based on security architecture expectations.

Ensure integration of this service with other IT service owners (IT Security Architecture, Cybersecurity Risk Management).

Create documentation to advertise the new service including presentations to IT.

Build integration of this service with the new Third Party Risk Management Process.

Act as the service owner for this service to ensure smooth performance.

Work with project owners to support them in filling out the inherent risk assessment survey.

Create a centralized repository for all assessments and assessment status dashboard (using Jira). Create a weekly status report on performance.

Assist the CISO Office in other GRC related activities.
