Responsibilities

Spearhead the technical due diligence process for potential acquisitions, focusing on cybersecurity infrastructure, policies, and practices
Develop and implement integration strategies to seamlessly merge acquired companies' cybersecurity systems and processes
Identify and mitigate security risks during the integration process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational transitions
Standardize cybersecurity practices across newly acquired entities
Provide strategic guidance on technology stack consolidation and optimization
Mentor and lead cybersecurity teams through the integration process

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations and management
Proven track record in M&A technology integration, particularly in cybersecurity rollups
Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements
Strong technical skills in network security, cloud security, and identity management
Experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IAM)
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong communication abilities to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Master's degree in a relevant field
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
Experience in private equity or venture capital-backed technology companies
