Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for onboarding new MDR clients, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with internal teams (Security Operations, Sales, Engineering) to gather client requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables.

Lead the log onboarding and sensor deployment process, working closely with clients to ensure smooth installation and configuration.

Manage and track project milestones, risks, and issues, proactively communicating updates and proposing solutions to stakeholders.

Provide project management and support for client penetration testing and advisory consulting projects.

Provide project management and support for internal software development and engineering projects.

Document onboarding processes and procedures, continuously seeking improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate throughout the onboarding and project delivery journey.

Required

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage expectations and build rapport with diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical).

Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Experience with project management tools.
