Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, and report on cybersecurity initiatives
Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting of cybersecurity efforts
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity projects
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership reviews
Collect, validate, and report on cybersecurity metrics
Provide guidance on Agile work management requirements
Utilize program metrics to track cybersecurity program goals
Develop compelling executive presentations using PowerPoint
Apply innovative approaches to organizational challenges
Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Agile work management principles and best practices

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
3 years of experience in a portfolio or project management role within a cybersecurity organization
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and capabilities
Capable of providing a structured and strategic approach to planning and delivery
Experience with utilizing program metrics to track cybersecurity program goals
Skilled in development of compelling executive presentations using PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
Experience in applying innovative and rational approaches to various organizational challenges
Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Ability to collect, evaluate, and summarize information from multiple sources
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Agile work management principles and best practices and familiarity with Agile tools
Preferred
Professional certifications related to cybersecurity and project management (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PRINCE2)
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., TSA, FAA, PCI DSS) and their cybersecurity requirements
Experience working in highly-regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government
