Responsibilities

Perform a Needs Analysis on existing training curriculum.

Design and develop comprehensive cybersecurity training programs tailored to various audiences, including technical and non-technical personnel.

Create Training Materials using PowerPoint, video software, etc.

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars using a variety of instructional methods, such as lectures, work groups, hands-on exercises, and simulations.

Develop and administer assessments to measure participant knowledge and skill acquisition, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Work closely with security teams, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

5 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including network security, application security, threat intelligence, incident response, and data privacy

Proven experience in delivering effective cybersecurity training programs to diverse audiences

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Ability to adapt to different learning styles and tailor training content accordingly

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in various cybersecurity tools and technologies
