Responsibilities
Developing total email/sms strategy & planning for clients: You’ll be building customer journey roadmaps, managing campaigns & workflow automations, and strategic list growth, management & segmentation.
Total ESP Management: You’ll manage the client's email service provider (Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, etc) including troubleshooting issues & managing data integrations between platforms.
Analyzing performance: You’ll regularly assess email performance, industry benchmarks, and report on campaigns & workflows. Your goal is to ensure accounts are performing well & delivering data-driven strategies.
Coordination with supporting team: You’ll be managing your project with a team of copywriters, email specialists, and designers- ensuring they are all delivering quality work and guiding them to ensure they are crafting compelling work that aligns with the client's strategic goals.
Manage the client relationship: You’ll be the point of contact for client accounts.
Quality Assurance: Reviewing, proofreading, and ensuring all work is accurate.

Required
MUST HAVE D2C EMAIL MARKETING EXPERIENCE.
Experience managing email and sms accounts in platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign, etc.
Experience in all aspects of email/sms including copy, design, strategy, or implementation.
Well versed in email best practices & laws (CAN-SPAM).
High attention to detail and extremely thorough.
Ability to work with other marketing channels such as Google & paid ads.
Familiarity with programs like Monday and Figma.
Preferred
Remote position. USA based applicants preferred.
Ability to work in PST, EST, MST, or CST time zones.
