Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Map out the Dynamics solution vision by creating a visual roadmap of the solution architecture that demonstrates the functional requirements, data model, security model, integration entities, and workflow.
Lead the development and implementation of custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
Assist with the design, development, and review of customized code.
Develop architecture and strategic roadmaps for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Define all functional and non-functional requirements and ensure sustainable design meets technical environments.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert advice, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Conduct capabilities assessment to determine if the solution meets the client’s business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Lead integration workshops with clients, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security following best practices and industry standards.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption of new solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, architectures, and processes.

Required
Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365/CRM development experience with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM features, functionality, and integration.
At least 5 years of Power Apps development experience (both Model and Canvas driven).
Proven experience as an architect in large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Apps projects.
5+ years of experience using .NET or C# code.
Deep working experience with Dynamics 365 back-end entities, forms, and other core building blocks.
Experience with Azure services, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership skills and great team player.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
