Responsibilities

Ensure the successful completion of quality solution implementation utilizing strong technical and analytical skills

Lead conversations with customer business and technical representatives with regard to all data aspects of new facility implementations

Understand and analyze customers inbound data files, including claim, payment, demographic, charges, charge description master, and other data. Work with facilities to help them provide data that conforms to requirements

Gather requirements, build, and document configurations, business rules, and data mapping using internal tools

Actively contribute to the design and implementations of internal process improvements, this involves improvement of manual processes as well as identification, development, and implementation of tools that help automate processes

Maintain commitment to high customer satisfaction through the duration of the customer relationship

Required

3+ years’ experience with a healthcare technology vendor or healthcare provider

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a remote environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a face-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent understanding of SQL for data querying, analysis, and script development

Strong understanding of relational DB structures – ability to learn the structure of a relational DB and in turn leverage the data as a business tool

Moderate experience or coursework in software development – understand programming concepts, ability to understand the logic of a computer program

Travel required: minimal

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field

Customer service experience

Project management experience

Salesforce.com experience

Any Six Sigma (Lean) certification

Experience interfacing solutions with Patient Accounting Systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson, CPSI, Eclipsys, GE/IDX, and NextGen

Experience with data onboarding or healthcare data
