Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for recognizing donors for milestones.
Write and customize donor impact reports and annual reports.
Analyze and track donor trends and work on donor-specific strategies.
Manage organizations stewardship plan and donor database for analytics.
Implement gift processing activities, donor acknowledgment, and financial reporting.
Manage and update donor records to ensure accuracy.

Required
B.A./B.S./Associate degree
Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, oral and written
Highly motivated with ability to take initiative; desire to surpass expectations
High knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Preferred
Preferred coursework in philanthropy, marketing, communications, business administration
Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in fundraising/development, marketing, or business administration
Relevant college coursework or internship experience may be applicable
Experience with CRM database, specifically Raisers Edge, strongly preferred
