Responsibilities
Partner with Functional Specialists across different departments to review and resolve complex operations.
Use functional and technical skills to provide guidance within Workday to managers, team members, and various departments.
Perform necessary work and assist with tasks to meet service level agreements.
Diagnose and resolve critical transaction issues with high accuracy and reliability.
Monitor and manage work queues in real-time while meeting service-level agreements.
Escalate and collaborate with Functional Specialists to resolve complex transactions.
Provide feedback on development procedures, standards control, and updates.
Perform other assigned duties.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
One (1) year or more experience in HR or a related field preferred.
One (1) year or more experience in case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) preferred.
One (1) year or more experience in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle) preferred.
Experience working in a remote setting preferred.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and concisely to customers.
Adaptable communication style to different customer groups.
Demonstrates attention to and actively strives for understanding of customers’ concerns and opinions.
Effective listening skills to address customer concerns and provide applicable solutions.
Fosters an environment that encourages sharing of information within the team through open dialogue.
Demonstrates knowledge and comfort in using computer technologies.
