Responsibilities
• Audience Insights: Gather and analyze data on audience demographics, customer behavior, and the customer journey by meeting with our customers, analysing market trends and data from platforms such as FullStory.
• Ad Spend Optimization: Identify the best ways to deploy ad spend across various platforms accounting for seasonality to maximize ROI. Assist with attribution modelling and competitive auction analysis.
• A/B Testing Analysis: Analyze the results of A/B tests across growth platforms, combining them with audience insights to form actionable recommendations.
• Data Reporting: Create and automate regular reports and dashboards to share insights with the Growth team and other stakeholders.
• Data Visualization: Use tools like Google Sheets and Periscope to create clear and compelling data visualizations.

Required
Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Science or similar quantitative area.
Previous experience in a Growth Marketing team with revenue as the main KPI.
Previous experience in a startup or SME environment (sub 50 people).
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta as paid media platforms
Strong proficiency in Google sheets or Excel.
Comfortable with writing basic SQL queries to pull your own data

You have a strong analytical mindset and love working with data to inform your decision-making. You prioritize data-driven insights over intuition.
You excel at communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders, acting as a proactive thought partner to the team and tailoring your message accordingly.
You thrive in a high-velocity, outcome-oriented environment. You simplify complicated concepts and foster an environment of efficiency, learning, and fun.
You are comfortable making recommendations in ambiguous environments with incomplete or unclear information and are open to evolving your thinking as you collect more data.
You bring a holistic view of growth, with exposure to growth marketing areas beyond data analysis, such as growth product, lifecycle, and paid media.
The ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks and keep a pulse on business performance, making a real impact through your efforts.
Preferred
Experience using Python, R or another programming language to further your analysis.
Experience with lifecycle and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
Depth of experience with B2C and web e-commerce companies, specifically analyzing the customer journey from a data and behavioural perspective.
