Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM systems and client databases.
Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy trends, and campaign ROI.
Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to improve sales and marketing strategies for clients.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to provide context for client performance.
Collaborate with leadership team to define data needs and deliver insights that align with client goals.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients in a clear and compelling way.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and senior living sales/marketing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role, preferably in marketing or sales.
Knowledge of various CRM systems and platforms (e.g., Welcome Home, Yarid, or Salesforce).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data insights.
Detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking.
Preferred
Familiarity with the senior living industry is a plus but not required.
