Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various financial and operational sources to support FP&A and costing activities.

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts using advanced Excel functions, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools, with a focus on cost analysis and optimization.

Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual and forecasted financial performance, providing insights for improvement in both revenue and cost areas.

Create comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics, trends, and cost drivers to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide analytical support for budgeting, planning, and costing processes.

Utilize data mining and predictive analytics techniques to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and cost analysis documents.

Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects and scenario modeling to evaluate potential business decisions, investments, and their cost implications.

Analyze product and service costs, including direct and indirect costs, to support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.

Continuously improve data collection processes and implement best practices for data management and analysis in FP&A and costing.
