Responsibilities
Design and build visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Migrate and integrate legacy Tableau systems into Power BI, ensuring consistency and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through thorough validation and testing.

Required
7+ years experience as a data analyst.
Expertise in Power BI and Tableau (experience with both is ideal; proficiency in at least one is required).
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing datasets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Personality traits: detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver, collaborative, passionate about data.
Preferred
Industry experience in Financial Services is a plus.
